Ashley L. Davis

Ashley is an associate in the firm's Casualty Department, where she specializes in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation, special investigations (SIU), fraud, and general liability for insurance carriers. As part of the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Fraud/Special Investigation Practice Group, she collaborates with insurance carriers to evaluate cases, conduct Examinations Under Oath on SIU-related matters, and resolve PIP disputes in New Jersey. Additionally, Ashley handles maritime litigation, aviation & complex litigation, and New York construction & labor law.

After graduating from college, Ashley began her legal career as a legal assistant at a foreclosure law firm in Philadelphia. She then progressed to the role of paralegal at an insurance defense firm in Delaware. While working full-time as a paralegal, she attended law school part-time in the evenings, completing a four-year program in three and a half years. Ashley joined Marshall Dennehey in 2023, initially as a paralegal, then as a law graduate, and now serves as an associate.

Ashley is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.
