Overview
Anna is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Department and focuses her practice on defending employers and insurance carriers through all stages of workers’ compensation litigation. Anna’s clients span a wide range of industries, each facing unique challenges in managing workplace injuries. With a focus on delivering practical, efficient solutions that minimize exposure and protect business operations, Anna approaches each case by understanding the client’s business goals and the particular circumstances driving a claim. She works together with her clients to develop tailored strategies for effective dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Anna was a law clerk for the Civil Law Division of The Superior Court of New Jersey for the Morris/Sussex Vicinage. In this role, she conducted in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of civil law issues; managed case files, ensuring timely and organized preparation for hearing motion practice and jury trials; reviewed and summarized complex legal arguments and case law to support court decisions; and served as mediator/settlor for landlord-tenant and small claims matters.
While attending law school, Anna served as a Teaching Assistant for the Instruction of Torts and the Instruction of Constitutional Law. She was also a member of the Executive Board of the New York Law School Moot Court Association and competed nationally in Appellate Moot Court Competitions.
