Allison T. Kurtz

Associate

    Allison, an associate in the firm’s Casualty Department, concentrates her practice on Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation, insurance fraud, and Special Investigation Unit (SIU) matters. She is experienced in all aspects of PIP litigation and advises corporate clients on daily PIP claim management.

    In addition, Allison represents insurance carriers in coverage disputes and supports investigations into large-scale medical provider fraud.

    Before joining Marshall Dennehey, Allison represented both insurance companies and medical providers in PIP benefits, insurance coverage, and fraud litigation. As in-house counsel for insurance carriers, she provided guidance on high-exposure cases and crafted legal strategies for effective claims handling.

    Allison graduated cum laude, from Bucknell University, where she was awarded the D. R. Crossgrove Prize for scholastic achievement and campus leadership with a strong code of ethics and a vision of attaining fairness in the legal profession.  Allison went on to receive her juris doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey.  While attending law school Allison served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John Lifland in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and was a legal intern in the Office of the Governor’s Counsel in Trenton, New Jersey.
