Alexander S. Lloret

    Alex is a member of the Casualty department where he handles matters involving Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation, special investigations (SIU), fraud and general liability on behalf of insurance carrier. Alex has litigated cases throughout the State of Florida mainly arguing complex pre-trial motions while also evaluating cases for insurance carriers on an assortment of issues. Alex also has vast experience in handling pre-suit claims on behalf of insurance carriers by conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) regarding a variety of issues such as fraud, and material misrepresentation while also subsequently providing claim handling recommendations.

    Alex began his legal career as an associate attorney at one of Florida’s largest Plaintiff Personal Injury Protection firms where he acquired the foundational knowledge required to understand the ins and outs of personal injury claims. Following his time in Plaintiff’s insurance litigation, Alex decided to switch gears and join insurance defense firm where he handled and managed hundreds of suits that encompassing a litany of issues. Ale would go on to work with this insurance defense firm for 5 years prior to making his move to Marshall Dennehey.

    Alex earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at University of Central Florida. He then attended law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he earned his juris doctorate degree. When Alex is not busy defending insurance carriers, Alex spends his time with his wife Alexa, his son Ryan and his dog Ryder.
