Marshall Dennehey to Present Insurance Fraud Seminar

The Casualty Department of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin will hold a complimentary seminar, "Insurance Fraud 360," on Thursday, June 5, 2014, from 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the ACE Conference Center in Lafayette Hill. Designed for insurance fraud professionals, SIU investigators and claims professionals, the program will cover current topics in insurance fraud in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Led by James H. Cole, chair of Marshall Dennehey's Fraud/Special Investigation and Property Litigation Practice Groups, the seminar will feature firm attorneys and other insurance fraud professionals discussing updates on SIU etiquette for attorney-client privilege; PIP, UIM and other first party coverage issues; property issues involving marring, matching and misrepresentation; and much more.

Ralph Burnham, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority, will open the program as a special guest speaker. Lunch will be provided prior to commencement of the speakers at 12:30 p.m. The day will close with a Q & A session and cocktail reception.
