Andrew C. Goldstein

Andrew is an associate in the Casualty Department where he defends insured and self-insured entities in all types of matters involving personal injury claims, motor and commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability and trucking and transportation. In this role, Andrew has successfully defended many matters and obtained numerous dismissals through summary judgment motions in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked as an associate at a boutique personal injury firm in Philadelphia. Here he gained the unique perspective of the plaintiff during the pendency of a personal injury claim and what drives and often hinders settlement. Other law firm experience includes time spent at a Norristown based defense litigation firm where he handled a large and varied caseload, involving automobile, premises liability and professional liability matters.

Andrew is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law, where he was the associate editor of the Widener Law Review. During his time at Gettysburg College, Andrew was a three time NCAA Division III All-American Scholar and captain of the varsity wrestling team.

Andrew is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
