Andrew C. Goldstein
Areas of Practice
Andrew is an associate in the Casualty Department where he defends insured and self-insured entities in all types of matters involving personal injury claims, motor and commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability and trucking and transportation. In this role, Andrew has successfully defended many matters and obtained numerous dismissals through summary judgment motions in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked as an associate at a boutique personal injury firm in Philadelphia. Andrew is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law, where he was the associate editor of the Widener Law Review. During his time at Gettysburg College, Andrew was a three time NCAA Division III All-American Scholar and captain of the varsity wrestling team.
