Diane Magram Elected President of the American Board of Trial Advocates, South Jersey Chapter

Diane Magram, shareholder in Marshall Dennehey's Cherry Hill, NJ office, has been elected president of the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Ms. Magram was sworn-in as president on November 21 and will serve a two-year term.

ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Membership is by invitation-only, and is reserved for trial lawyers who meet certain qualifications and have significant experience in leading civil jury trials to verdict. 

A member of the firm's Casualty Department, Ms. Magram joined Marshall Dennehey in 1999 and serves as Chair of the firm's Automobile Liability Practice Group. She focuses her practice in the areas of automobile negligence defense, personal injury defense and consumer protection, and she has represented some of the nation's largest auto manufacturers in breach of warranty matters.

She is a graduate of Drexel University and received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law. In addition to ABOTA, Ms. Magram is an active member of numerous professional organizations including the Defense Research Institute and the Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations.
