Nicole L. Carnevale
Areas of Practice
Nicole is a member of the firm’s Professional Liability Department where she focuses her practice in the defense of construction and engineering professionals and businesses in complex construction and design defect claims, breach of contract actions, and all manner of construction accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm in Pittsburgh where she defended the interests of insureds and self-insured businesses in complex suits, including premises liability cases, product liability cases, construction defect cases and transportation and trucking cases. Prior to that, she served as a Public Defender and represented indigent individuals charged with felonies and misdemeanors in Allegheny County.
Nicole graduated from Saint Lawrence University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Philosophy. Nicole received her Juris Doctor in 2015 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During law school, Nicole clerked for Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Judge Arnold I. Klein. She also clerked for the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender prior to joining the organization as an attorney.
