Mark P. Burns


Mark is a member of the Casualty Department, where he focuses his practice on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and general liability matters.

Prior to beginning his career with Marshall Dennehey, Mark worked in the areas of elder law, estate planning, and family law. 

Mark obtained his juris doctor from Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. During law school, Mark was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and was named to the Order of the Barristers. Mark was also a student advocate in the Penn State Dickinson Community Law Clinic representing clients in appeals of denials for Social Security disability benefits and Supplemental Security income.

Mark served as an intern for the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board. Prior to law school, Mark worked in primary and secondary schools as a Therapeutic Staff Support worker and High School Football coach. He is currently a PIAA High School football official. Mark is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
