Frank Baker is a litigation and trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. He concentrates his practice in the defense of casualty, product liability and professional liability matters. He will partner with you to understand your litigation objectives and get them accomplished economically. Frank will assist in the prompt investigation and evaluation of the case and work with you to establish or update your reserves, and if early resolution is not feasible, he is prepared to take the case through alternative dispute resolution or trial.

He tries cases in the areas of product liability, professional liability, premises and motor vehicle liability, construction defects and injuries, fires and toxic torts. With over 30 years in practice, he has defended hundreds of casualty cases and served as lead trial counsel in dozens of jury trials.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova School of Law. He served as a law clerk to a trial judge. He is actively involved in civic activities in the Lehigh Valley, where he lives and works.
