Colin J. O'Brien
Areas of Practice
Colin is an associate in the Casualty Department where he focuses his practice in the litigation of a variety of liability areas, including premises liability, construction injury, products liability, auto liability and general liability matters.
During law school, Colin was the managing editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, a publication devoted to scholarly research in the fields of international and comparative law. Additionally, Colin participated in a clinical civil litigation program with the Philadelphia City Solicitor's office and was a student in Temple's Trial Advocacy program. While in law school, Colin worked for Marshall Dennehey as a summer associate in 2016 and remained with the firm as a law clerk during his third year of law school.
Colin received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University where he studied international relations and Spanish. After Georgetown, Colin was a member of the Alumni Service Corps at St. Joseph's Preparatory School, where he taught Spanish, coached multiple teams and led service trips.
