Bryon M. Chowka


Bryon is an associate in the Health Care Department where he represents hospitals, physicians, dentists, nurses, physicians assistants and other health care professionals in medical malpractice and liability matters. Bryon’s clients benefit from his aggressive and strategic approach to high exposure litigation matters. By collaborating as a team, he strives to develop the strongest possible defense that puts his clients’ best interests at the forefront.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Bryon gained valuable experience in the defense of a wide variety of matters spanning from workers' compensation, Federal Black Lung, appellate, employment and product liability. He also has experience in personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims.

Bryon earned his juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he focused his studies in civil litigation and trial advocacy. He served as a volunteer judge for the American Mock Trial Association and competed in various moot court competitions at the university and national levels. Bryon received the school's 2015 Appellate Moot Court Competition award, in addition to being recognized as having the top appellate brief. Before entering law school, Bryon earned a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Susquehanna University, where he was also a varsity letterman in football.

Bryon is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey.
