Ashley N. Heffernan


Ashley is an associate in the Casualty Department, handling a wide range of matters including general liability, construction litigation, commercial litigation, labor law, premises liability, and maritime law.

Ashley handles various construction cases, involving construction defect claims, construction accidents, code violations and building and designed related deficiencies. Her clients include owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and commercial landlords and tenants, among other clients.

In 2014, Ashley earned her B.A. from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York. In 2020, she earned her juris doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Ashley first joined the firm in 2019 as a summer law clerk, before becoming an associate in 2020.

Ashley is admitted to practice law in New York State Court.
