Alex K. Yoder
Areas of Practice
As a member of the casualty department, Alex defends insured and self-insured entities in in multiple areas of litigation including trucking and transportation, premises liability, construction litigation, automobile and products liability. He regularly represents commercial carriers, large retailers and restaurants, and general and subcontractors. His practice also includes defending product liability claims against manufacturers of industrial and consumer products.
A native of Central Pennsylvania, Alex regularly travels the expansive central portion of the Commonwealth defending clients in all stages of litigation including mediation, arbitration, and trial. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Alex worked with a reputable defense firm in Pittsburgh, PA practicing in various counties in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Alex earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business in 2010. He graduated from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 2013, and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2013 and West Virginia in 2014.
