Attorneys won a Motion for Directed Verdict in a jury trial upon the close of plaintiff's case in chief.  Plaintiff sought damages against our national broker dealer/insurance company client, under theories of breach of contract and intentional interference with contractual relations.  These claims arose out of the termination of plaintiff's general agency contract and his claims of non-payment of vested general agent commissions and bonus payments which were rejected by the client.
