Attorneys obtained a Motion to Dismiss on jurisdictional grounds. Our client, a marine technology corporation. and its President were sued for wrongful deaths under a claimed maritime products liability theory.Plaintiffs' were killed during a high speed powerboat race. We moved to dismiss the action based upon a theory of lack of personal jurisdiction over defendants who were out of state residents. The Court granted the motion.
