Attorney won a binding ADR arbitration in which the plaintiff alleged that while dog sitting the client's Rottweiler, he was suddenly attacked and bitten on his face, resulting in a surgical reconstruction of his lip.  The attorney presented family and friends who vouched for the peaceful disposition of the dog, and the fact that the plaintiff had a history of feeding the dog treats from his mouth. The attorney also presented an expert report from a canine trainer who, after evaluating the dog, found the plaintiff's version of events to be inconsistent with the dog's friendly demeanor and found no basis to suggest that the client was on notice of any vicious propensities.
