Attorney obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial.  Plaintiff, a 71 year old female, slipped and fell in the produce section of a food market.  There were Medicare implications including a future set aside.  The whole incident was caught on film and clearly a slip did take place.  Sweep logs were produced together with testimony concerning the markets' maintenance program.  The parties agreed to stipulate to plaintiff's medical bills and wage loss to a certain amount.  After 10 minutes of deliberation, the jury came back and wanted to review the surveillance video of the incident.  Shortly thereafter, they came back finding "no negligence" on the part of the food market.  All eight jurors were allowed to deliberate and were unanimous.
