Attorney obtained a defense verdict in favor of an insured in a "negligent hair cutting" case. Plaintiff claimed that he was cut while receiving a hair cut in defendant's salon and then subsequently developed MRSA. Defense attorneys successfully argued that the MRSA was unrelated to the "nick" from the hair cut.
