Attorney obtained a defense verdict in the case in which he represented a large entertainment corporation.  The plaintiff was a seven year old girl who had sustained a two inch facial laceration with scarring revised by plastic surgery that resulted in a residual scar.  The plaintiffs' allege that a particular water attraction at an amusement park was defectively designed, maintained and inadequately supervised.  The jury deliberated approximately one hour before returning with a unanimous defense verdict.
