Attorney obtained a defense verdict in a case involving a 70 year old woman who presented to the emergency department of a Hospital which clinical signs and symptoms of C-Difficile Colitis.  Her estate alleged that our clients failed to properly treat the infection which, in turn, resulted in her death.  The jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of our clients.
