Attorney obtained a defense verdict in a binding arbitration. The plaintiff in the case had two fingers partially amputated by our clients lawnmower while he was trying to investigate why the lawn mower was not working. The plaintiff claimed that our client started the mower while the plaintiff was looking at the mowers blades causing his fingers to be cut. By bringing the mower into the hearing room, we were able to demonstrate that if our client was holding the mower in the position that both the plaintiff and our client agreed she was holding it, it would have been impossible for our client to start and that the only person in a position to start the mower was the plaintiff.
