Wilmington

1007 N. Orange Street, Suite 600, PO Box 8888, Wilmington, DE 19801 (302) 552-4300

Located at the confluence of the Christina River and the Brandywine Creek, Wilmington, Delaware is a vibrant city that a majority of Fortune 500 companies today call home. For nearly 20 years, Marshall Dennehey has had a presence in downtown Wilmington, proudly serving clients throughout the state in all manner of civil defense litigation.

In 2014, the office relocated from its longtime location on North Market Street to the landmark Nemours Building, which sits adjacent to the Hotel DuPont and Rodney Square. This move to a larger and more efficient office space is a reflection of the firm's growth and ability to successfully serve its clients' litigation needs throughout the state of Delaware and beyond.

Situated just minutes away from Delaware's federal and state courthouses and the New Castle County workers' compensation office, our Wilmington attorneys regularly defend businesses, insureds, municipalities and professionals in general casualty, employment and labor, health care and health law, product liability, property litigation, professional liability, workers' compensation, and white-collar criminal matters. Our attorneys are active in local Inns of Court and are members of regional defense groups, including the Defense Research Institute, Trial Attorneys of America, Defense Counsel of Delaware and the Delaware Claims Association.

In addition to Delaware litigation, a number of the office's attorneys are admitted to practice in Maryland and routinely handle matters in the state and federal courts of that state as well.

Like all of the firm's regional offices, the Wilmington office combines the advantages of the personal attention of a small law firm with the advantages that come from the intellectual property and broad-based experience of a large firm.

Inquiries about the Wilmington office may be directed to Sarah B. Cole, Office Managing Attorney, at (302) 552-4364 or sbcole@mdwcg.com.
