Amusement park injuries claimed were not caused by ride malfunction.

The plaintiff claimed an aggravation of a pre-existing condition and injuries requiring surgery after a ride held her upside down and pressed her against a harness for 15 minutes. Although the defense stipulated to negligence, the injuries claimed were not caused by the negligence as per the defense medical expert. Surgery would have been needed by the plaintiff, despite the incident. The jury returned a verdict for the defense.
