Trial Attorney Nicholas Chrysanthem Joins Marshall Dennehey in NYC

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today that Nicholas Chrysanthem has joined the firm's New York City office as a shareholder in the Professional Liability Department. Previously, he was a member in the Manhattan office of McManus & Richter, P.C.

An experienced litigator and trial attorney for 27 years, Mr. Chrysanthem primarily defends clients in matters involving legal malpractice, commercial and corporate litigation and real estate litigation. Additionally, he has significant experience defending owners and contractors in actions arising out of New York Labor Law and New York Industrial Code violations.

A member of the American Bar Association and the Law Practice Committee of the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Chrysanthem participates as a guest lecturer for Brooklyn Law School where he teaches legal malpractice and ethics. He also routinely speaks on professional liability topics and evidence and trial practice issues to clients and industry organizations.

He is a graduate of Iona College and received his juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice in New York.
