Steven Forry and Stuart Sostmann Promoted to Supervisory Roles in Pittsburgh

Steven J. Forry and Stuart H. Sostmann, shareholders in the Pittsburgh office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, have been promoted to supervisory roles in their respective practice areas. Mr. Forry has been named Supervisor of the Pittsburgh office's Health Care Department, and Mr. Sostmann is the new Supervisor of the office's Casualty Department.

In this role, Mr. Forry will utilize his extensive health care liability experience in overseeing the department's health care liability litigation. Over the course of his career, he has handled numerous trial and appellate matters in high-exposure and high-profile cases for physicians, hospitals and professional liability insurance carriers.

Mr. Sostmann will oversee the office's casualty litigation, which includes product liability, premises liability, auto liability, construction law, dram shop and commercial general liability matters. Since 1999, he has handled routine to high exposure casualty litigation matters throughout Western Pennsylvania and he has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.
