Marshall Dennehey Strengthens Ohio Presence With New Cincinnati Office

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin announced today the opening of a new office in Cincinnati, Ohio, with the addition of Ray C. Freudiger, a seasoned litigator and former partner of Freund Freeze & Arnold in Dayton. Samuel G. Casolari Jr., of Marshall Dennehey's Cleveland office, will relocate to Cincinnati as the office's Managing Attorney, and both lawyers will serve as the office's founding shareholders. Located downtown at 312 Elm Street, the office will open March 10.

"It's been part of our strategic plan to expand our footprint and statewide presence into the southwestern Ohio region," said Marshall Dennehey's President & CEO, Thomas A. Brophy. "Sam's leadership has been instrumental to the success of our Cleveland office, and we're thrilled to bring Ray on board as his comrade in Cincinnati. Ray has practiced in Ohio throughout his entire career, and his experience not only in casualty, but also in professional liability and other complex litigation, makes him a good fit for our firm," he said.

Freudiger and Casolari both have statewide practices. Casolari, who was Managing Attorney of the firm's Cleveland office, focuses on casualty, retail and restaurant liability, product liability defense, trucking and other civil litigation matters.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Freudiger has more than 22 years of litigation experience in all aspects of insurance defense, including personal injury, premises liability, realtors errors and omissions, business litigation, public entities and education law. At Freund Freeze, he was chair of the School Law practice. He is well known in the Ohio insurance and legal communities, and is an active member of the Ohio State, Cincinnati and Dayton Bar Associations.

Marshall Dennehey entered the Ohio market ten years ago and maintains an office in Cleveland. With the addition of the Cincinnati office, the firm is poised to grow three of its four core departments – casualty, health care and professional liability - in Ohio and beyond.
