Marshall Dennehey Joins The Coalition Against Insurance Fraud

December 10, 2018

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has joined the  membership of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud. The Coalition is a national alliance of insurers, government agencies and consumer organizations dedicated to combating all forms of insurance fraud through advocacy, public education and research.

James Cole and Jeffrey Rapattoni, co-chairs of the Fraud/Special Investigation Practice Group at Marshall Dennehey, have been working with the Coalition and its member organizations for several years. Both attorneys play a vital role in educating the Coalition's membership about best practices in identifying, investigating and defending against insurance fraud claims.

"We are thrilled to formalize our partnership with the Coalition and to advance our shared mission of combating insurance fraud," said Mr. Rapattoni. "From staged auto crashes to fake health care plans, fraudsters are never in short supply of new schemes. As Coalition members, we can make a deeper impact by communicating legislative developments and legal strategies for fraud prevention across the Coalition's national membership base."
