Marshall Dennehey Expands Casualty Department in Florida With the Addition of Three Attorneys in Jacksonville

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has added Shareholder Dennis P. Dore, Special Counsel Jessica Lanifero and Associate Christopher D. Walsh in Jacksonville. All three attorneys join the firm’s Casualty Department and were previously with the Jacksonville office of Kelley Kronenberg.

Leading the trio of attorneys joining the firm is experienced Florida litigator, Dennis P. Dore. Board-certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization since 1988, Mr. Dore focuses his practice on the defense of products liability, first party and third party property insurance, complex coverage claims and bad faith matters. Having tried more than 150 jury trials in the state, he is well known in the Florida legal community and is an active member of the Defense Research Institute, Jacksonville Claims Association, Jacksonville Bar Association and Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Dore is a graduate of the University of North Florida and received his juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the 11th Circuit U.S. District Court of Appeals, and U. S. Supreme Court. Mr. Dore is also a multi-year selectee in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine, including the 2015 list.

Jessica Lanifero focuses her practice on insurance defense in the areas of products liability, extra-contractual, premises liability, construction litigation and first party and third party property insurance matters. Among her many professional activities she is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Women's Lawyer Association, and the Florida Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Lanifero is graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam and Albany Law School in Albany, New York. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Christopher D. Walsh focuses his practice on insurance defense matters involving products liability, extra-contractual, premises liability, construction litigation and first party and third party property insurance matters.  He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Florida Coastal School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, The U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, Georgia and Washington D.C.
