Marshall Dennehey Announces 2018 Ohio Super Lawyers & Rising Stars

Mr. Fagnilli was recognized in the area of Insurance Coverage and Civil Defense Litigation. A seasoned trial attorney, he is a member of the firm’s Casualty Department where he represents insurers in a wide array of litigation involving commercial and business property losses, construction claims, automobile liability, product liability, personal injury, insurance coverage litigation, toxic torts and other complex matters. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts.

Ms. Starcher was recognized for Personal Injury – Medical Malpractice Defense. She has 18 years of experience defending medical malpractice defense and health care liability matters. Board-certified in Trial Advocacy and Civil Procedure by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, she has tried dozens of cases to verdict in various counties across Ohio. She also advises clients in pre-trial investigations and best practices in risk management. Ms. Starcher is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Oberly was recognized in the area of Business Litigation; Professional Liability Defense; and Employment and Labor Defense. He focuses his practice on a wide range of professional liability and casualty litigation matters, including employment law, personal injury, employment litigation, insurance coverage and more.
