Claudia Costa Joins Marshall Dennehey as Special Counsel in Roseland

Claudia A. Costa has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as Special Counsel in the firm's Roseland office. A member of the firm's Professional Liability Department, she represents private and publicly held corporations in all aspects of employment-related matters. She also defends lawyers, accountants, and insurance brokers/agents in malpractice suits, and represents municipalities and townships in civil rights and municipal liability claims.

Ms. Costa is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section, where she serves on the executive committee and as the out-of-state district representative. She is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and the Defense Research Institute, where she sits on the steering committee for the Professional Liability section and as marketing chair for the association's annual Professional Liability conference. Ms. Costa additionally serves on the editorial board of LegalMalpracticeLawReview.com, an online publication offering summaries of recent legal malpractice decisions from around the country.

A graduate of Saint Peter's University and Fordham University School of Law, she is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
