Attendees will also learn how to draft and obtain family’s agreements to arbitration or alternative dispute resolution and tips for enforcement. The speakers will discuss the importance of promoting collaboration between LTC and acute care providers during transitions in patient care, and how to avoid pitfalls in practice that create litigation exposure and what to do when problems arise.
