Michele Punturi, a shareholder in the Workers' Compensation Practice Group, Jeffrey Rapattoni, a shareholder with the Fraud/Special Investigation Practice Group, and G. Mark Thompson, a member of the executive committee and the firm's board of directors, will be speakers at the 2015 CLM Annual Conference in Palm Desert, California.

Michele will be speaking on the topic of "The Dream Team Approach to Workers’ Compensation Case and Litigation Management." She will be joining other insurance industry professionals to discuss how to achieve successful case and litigation management in workers’ compensation by balancing the interests of the employer, broker, claims adjuster and defense counsel.

Mark is a member of the panel discussing "The Claim Management Link: Interplay Between Risk Tolerance, Operational Structure, Litigation and Claim Outcomes." This session's discussion will include market trends, tactical ways to address risk tolerance and building and sustaining a claim management culture to competitively differentiate your company, customer and client.

The 2015 CLM Annual Conference will be held in Palm Desert, California, from March 25-27.
