The 2013 Advanced Insurance Fraud Seminar will be held on November 11-12, 2013 at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, 1 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO.  Attorneys Jeffrey G. Rapattoni and Beau D. Hollowell will speak on the topic: Effectively Managing Contemporary Insurance Fraud Issues.

Medical provider fraud is rarely self-evident. The issues at play evolve and allow their participants to receive profitable returns. Most times the payout is worth the risk as the wrongdoing can be easily concealed or skewed. More often than not, the surface is barely scratched and these issues are shelved. With the current, precipitous rise in medical fraud, utilizing innovative investigative strategies, getting the straight scoop from patients and staff regarding services rendered, identifying fraudulent billing patterns and consulting experts in the respective fields are critical measures. Old tactics and protocols will not work with the advent of educating our adversaries through arbitration and litigation. The insurance industry must confront the issue of provider fraud head-on and begin to think outside the box.

The National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII) will be offering 15 topics to choose from over our 2-day seminar. For more information on our Topics/Speakers,  or to register for the event please go to:
