William Banton (Philadelphia, PA) has been inducted as a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Paul Krepps (Pittsburgh, PA) was invited to speak at the yearly Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System (ILEAS) conference in Springfield, Illinois. The seminar was attended by over 600 police officers representing approximately 90 percent of the police departments in the state, including the Chicago Police Department. The topic of Paul's presentation was electronic discovery as it applies to federal civil rights lawsuits, highlighting the obligations imposed on police departments by the federal court, as well as identifying particular hazards for officers and municipalities created by police officers who are active on social web sites.

Jacqueline Canter (Philadelphia, PA) was a panel member at the National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) Annual Conference. During the program she and the other distinguished panelists discussed managing the changing universe of relations among clients, third party administrators (TPAs) and attorneys.

Sam Casolari (Akron, OH) led a presentation and discussion on the National Flood Insurance Program and claims and defenses under the Standard Flood Insurance Policy. The presentation was before a group of agents in Toledo, Ohio. Special thanks to Beau Hollowell in helping in the presentation preparation.
