IT Support Specialist - 2+ Yrs Experience - Philadelphia, PA

The law firm of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin seeks a full-time IT Support Specialist for the firm's Philadelphia office with at least 2 years of technical help desk experience.

This job is in compliance with Philadelphia's Fair Chance Hiring Law.

Job duties may include:

  • Provide first and second level technical phone support on firm supported applications using remote control to connect to desktops
  • Document call incident detail in the call tracking system and escalate when appropriate
  • Prepare " how to" documentation on targeted software products &  topics
  • Research and report on specific applications/technologies


Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of technical help desk experience
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office 2007 Suite
  • Basic understanding of Windows 7 and Active Directory
  • Strong verbal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with document management systems and legal is a plus
