IT Instructor - 2-3 Yrs Experience - Philadelphia, PA

The law firm of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is seeking a full-time IT Instructor to join its Philadelphia, PA office.

This job is in compliance with Philadelphia's Fair Chance Hiring Law.


  • Train employees on MS Office 2007 & Office 2016, Windows 7 and Windows 10, iManage FileSite matter centricity and other firm supplied software applications
  • Prepare Quick Reference guides and "how to" documentation on targeted software product topics
  • Create scripts and basic videos for firm intranet
  • Assist Support Center on first and second level technical phone support using remote control to connect to desktops


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years conducting classroom training
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite 2007, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite 2016 and Windows 10
  • A basic level understanding of Active Directory
  • Strong verbal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • iManage, SharePoint and legal environment expecience a plus
