IT Instructor – 2 + Yrs Experience – Philadelphia, PA

The law firm of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is seeking a full-time IT Instructor to join its Philadelphia, PA office.

This job is in compliance with Philadelphia's Fair Chance Hiring Law.


  • Design, develop and deliver training courses and activities to support all of the firm’s applications and systems
  • Advance/Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Windows 10
  • Proficiency in legal-specific applications including but not limited to iManage, FileSite and BEC
  • Develop quick reference guides and how-to documentation for end-users
  • Create scripts and basic videos for firm’s intranet portal
  • Assist Support Center on 1st and 2nd level technical support
  • Provide after-hours support on a rotation schedule up to 4 times annnually


Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior experience in corporate training, preferably 2-3 years
  • Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite 2016
  • A basic level understanding of Active Directory
  • Maintain a professional attitude and presence
  • Effective facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and communications skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • iManage, Filesite, SharePoint and legal environment experience a plus
