Human Resources Assistant - 2+ Yrs Experience - Philadelphia, PA

The law firm of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join its Philadelphia, PA office.

This job is in compliance with Philadelphia's Fair Chance Hiring Law.


  • Assemble, maintain, and audit employee personnel and benefits files
  • Chronologically file documentation and ensure filing is up to date
  • Keep File Room neat and organized at all times
  • Assist with miscellaneous Human Resource projects as needed
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work with all levels of firm personnel


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years of office experience or Associate's degree preferred.. Human Resources experience a plus
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.  Excel experience is required
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Spelling must be accurate in order to file documents properly -- applicants must pass standardized filing tests
