Nicholas Fonner

Nicholas (Nick) is an associate in our Casualty department defending self-insured companies, insurance carriers and individuals in matters involving premises liability, automobile liability and product liability.

Nick attended and graduated magna cum laude from West Chester in 2016 with a degree in political science with a minor in criminal justice. After graduation, Nick decided to attend law school at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he graduated in 2020. During his time in law school, Nick held positions as a Staff Writer in 2019 and the Associate Editor in 2020 for Villanova’s MOORAD Sports Law Journal.

After graduating from law school, Nick became a Law Clerk for the Honorable Samuel A. Kline of the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas from 2020 until 2021.

In addition to this, Nick currently resides in Wilmington, Delaware, with his wife and dog, Creed. In his leisure time, Nick enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles.
