Joseph is the Workers' Compensation Department supervisor in the Scranton office, where he focuses his practice on Pennsylvania workers' compensation law. He has more than 35 years of experience representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters.

Following graduation from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Joseph served as trial counsel to Lackawanna Casualty Company, concentrating his practice in workers' compensation litigation defense throughout northeastern and central Pennsylvania.

Joseph devotes much of his spare time to helping the Boy Scouts of America and the Loyola Society Executive Council of St. Joseph's University.
