Jennifer A. Robinson

Jennifer is an associate in the Casualty Department where she handles transportation liability, construction injury and premises liability matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer defended school districts and municipalities with a focus on federal matters involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, 1^st, 4^th, and 14^th Amendment claims as well as state law personal injury, negligent training and supervision, bullying, and labor law claims. Jennifer served as second chair on a jury trial in Sullivan County Supreme Court concerning negligent supervision claims which resulted in a unanimous defense verdict.

Jennifer is a graduate of Pace Law School where she participated in trial and appellate advocacy. While in law school Jennifer participated in an externship with the Honorable Victor J. Alfieri in Rockland County Supreme Court.

Jennifer is an active member of the Westchester County legal community. She is the former State Director for the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, Westchester Chapter, responsible for voting on the advancement of legislation of interest and concern to the organization.  Jennifer currently serves on the Executive Board of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association as Corresponding Secretary.

Jennifer also participates in the annual Light the Night walk in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma society.
