As a member of Marshall Dennehey's Professional Liability Department, Daniel focuses his practice on the defense of design and construction professionals in complex construction defect matters. While each action and set of circumstances is unique, these construction defect suits often involve claims of negligence, code violations, breach of contract and fraud. The complexity of these cases is often compounded by the multiple parties involved as well as considerations related to coverage claims under general liability policies.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey in 2015, Daniel was a senior paralegal at Patton Boggs LLP where he assisted counsel in defending the City of New York and the World Trade Center Captive Insurance Company, which was created to insure the City of New York and nearly 140 contractors and subcontractors involved in the 9/11 terrorist attacks rescue and recovery efforts. Daniel was instrumental in evaluating plaintiff personal injury allegations and assisting to select bellwether plaintiffs for purposes of trial.
