Brooke R. Ginty is an associate in the Casualty Department focusing her practice on product liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle matters.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Brooke was an associate at a center city firm working in the field of insurance defense. She handled cases in the areas of product liability, mass tort, construction litigation and commercial litigation including general liability and first and third party motor vehicle liability.

Brooke was a certified legal intern for the Chester County District Attorney's office where she conducted preliminary hearings on behalf of the Commonwealth in cases ranging from major felonies to minor misdemeanors. She also negotiated summary pleas and researched a wide range of legal issues in preparation for hearings.

Brooke earned her juris doctor in 2009 at Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, MA. While attending law school, she was actively involved as an executive officer of the student bar association and member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court team.

Brooke graduated from Lafayette College in 2002 with her Bachelor's of Science in Philosophy of Legal Rights with a focus on Human Rights. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
