    Andrew Warshauer devotes all of his practice to toxic tort litigation and product liability law, primarily focusing on the defense of companies in the New York asbestos litigation. A civil litigator for over 16 years, Andrew has litigated hundreds of cases venued in state and federal courts in New York, and has appeared in Courts in virtually every county throughout the state of New York, representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to premises owners and local supply houses.

    Andrew graduated from Binghamton University in 1990, with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in History and Political Science. Andrew received his juris doctor from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1994. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Andrew was a partner at the firm of Weiner Lesniak, where he focused his practice on toxic tort and product liability law.

    Licensed to practice in the state of New York, Andrew is also admitted to appear in federal court before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York.
