
Allison concentrates her practice on matters involving insurance defense litigation including insurance coverage and bad faith issues, product liability, construction litigation and professional liability.
In 1999 Allison graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Letters, Arts and Sciences and a minor in Business. Following graduation, she attended Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law and was awarded her juris doctor in 2002. While at Temple, Allison served as executive editor of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review from 2001 to 2002. She also served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Marlene F. Lachman of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in 2000.
Following graduation from law school, she joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin as an associate in the firm's Professional Liability Department.
In addition to her legal practice, Allison has served as a panel member on Penn State University Abington, Pennsylvania, Campus' 7th, 8th and 9th Annual Law School Forums.
Significant Representative Matters
Summary Judgment granted in federal court case claiming breach of contract, breach of warranty, and negligence by a large truck manufacturer.
Successful resolution of coverage issues and settlement of multi-million dollar catastrophic construction accident case in New Jersey on behalf of OCIP carrier.
Successful settlement of multiple first-party bad faith cases on behalf of major auto and property insurance carrier.
